We offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can create a return and send back your purchase within 14 days of delivery receipt. We are happy to offer a refund on unsuitable items that are returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • All items should be returned new and unused, with BLOSSOM cards and free samples, and with the original packaging within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

We provide free replacements for any damaged products during transit. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, we will send a replacement without any charges.

Non-returnable Items

  • Merchandise purchased at Buy 3 Get 1 Free, Jewelry Box (aka, any 4 for $99), gift bundle (aka, any 3 for $89) are considered as Final Sale, and are not eligible for return.
  • We cannot accept items that were purchased with store gift cards or store credits.
  • We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalized or altered.
  • We do not accept returns we receive outside of our 14-day return policy.  

Refunds

  • Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your items.
  •  Each piece of jewelry is intricately handmade. To uphold fair wages for our diligent craftsmen, we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from returned orders.
